- When making your booking, please make sure to make note of all the relevant payment and cancellation policies, as they can differ.
- From the 1st of January of 2018 there is a 3 Euro per night per apartment government tax collected by the hotel, directly from guests.
- Pets are welcome with owner’s responsibility. Breakfast is served from 09:00 to 12:30. Gym open hours are from 10:00 to 22:00, and no unsupervised children under the age of 16 can work-out.
- All guest personal data collected (name, email, telephone, nationality, reservation history, address) are kept for our customer management reasons, mandatory invoicing details and for preferable future pricing for repeat visitors. These data are handled by our reservations and reception department only. We will never use these details to send you unsolicited newsletters or offers, nor will we ever disclose this information to any 3rd party for any reasons. If at any time you want us to discard these data you can let us know at reception@apolloniahotel.gr and we will comply immediately.
- Anonymous statistical tracking data (page visitors, average session time, etc) maintained by Google Analytics are erased after 38 months. All our 3rd party associates involved in direct bookings (JotForm and Webhotelier) are GDPR compliant.
- Credit card details are kept until the end of the season, and they are then safely destroyed and/or deleted.
